1st day - Rome/Siena
Arrival at Fiumicino airport and transfer to Siena. Accommodation in the selected hotel and lunch.
Half day visit with local guide of the Duomo the city is famous for the Piazza del Campo and its Cathedral.
Dinner at restaurant facing the famous fan-shaped Piazza del Campo where you will taste “ Pici al ragout di cinghiale”, home-made pasta with boar sauce and the cakes Panforte, Pan Pepato and the Cantucci with Vin Santo.
Wine tasting in Siena with the oenologist: Vernaccia San Giminiano, Chianti Colline Senesi, Chianti Classico.
Overnight at hotel.
2nd day - Siena/San Gimignano/Greve in Chianti/Radda in Chianti/Siena
Breakfast and full day with touring guide, dedicated to the visit of the Chianti Classico area.
In the morning visit of S.Gimignano, small medieval village with its 13 towers, where is possible to taste the “Nobile di Montepulciano”. Forward to Greve in Chianti, for a lunch in a castle with the roast suckling pig “ Maialino Chiantigiano” and to visit the wine cellar with wine and olive oil tasting: Chianti Classico, Chianti Classico Riserva, Super Tuscan Le Marangone, Vin Santo and Grappa.
In the afternoon visit of Radda in Chianti and
Free time for personal activities. Back to Hotel in Siena for dinner and overnight.
3rd day - Siena/Montalcino/Pienza/Montepulciano/Siena
Breakfast and full day visit with touring guide dedicated to the Brunello di Montalcino area.
Visit of a wine farmhouse famous for the “Brunello and Rosso di Montalcino”. Short visit of Bagno Vignoni, where the main square is made by a thermal water basin closed on three sides by the town’s walls and the water flows at 52°. Then visit with local guide of Pienza famous for the “Ewe’s Cheese”, the Cattedrale dell’Assunta and Piazza Pio II. Continue to Montepulciano for the wine tasting of “Vino Nobile di Montepulciano” and visit of a wine cellar and dinner. Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
4th day - Siena/Torgiano
Breakfast at hotel and transfer to Umbria region famous for the Torgiano Doc wine.
Accommodation at hotel and lunch. You will taste Strangozzi in Norcia’s truffle sauce.
In the afternoon visit of the Wine and Olive Oil Museum of Torgiano that are located in a small nucleus of medieval houses within the town walls. The museum covers ten rooms and opens with information provided by the National Research Council on the botanic characteristics of olive trees, the most common cultivars in Umbria, traditional and avant-garde techniques for cultivating and extracting the oil. Wine tasting.
Dinner at hotel. Overnight.
5th day - Torgiano/Montefalco/Bevagna/Torgiano
After breakfast departure for the visit of Montefalco on the top of a pleasant hill (473 mt.) with its enchanting location, known as "The Balcony of Umbria". Medieval town full of churches and frescoes on the St. Francis ‘s Life , famous for the red wine Sagrantino di Montefalco and Rosso di Montefalco. Wine tasting with light
Lunch. In the afternoon continue to Bevagna, wall medieval village who jealously preserve the old traditions and life style. A visit to the many churches , most of them deconsecrated and the remains of the Roman Theatre, that now houses a wooden paper mill which produces paper using Medieval techniques. Free time for personal shopping.
You will have dinner inside a typical restaurant that occupies a well-preserved part of the two ambulatories of Mevania Roman theatre. Back to Torgiano for overnight.
6th day - Torgiano/Orvieto/Roma
Breakfast and departure to visit Orvieto, with its Duomo and the Well of S. Patrizio.
At lunchtime you will enjoy for the “Gnocchetti al tartufo umbro” , little dumplings with Umbrian truffle. In the afternoon wine tasting of the “Orvieto Classico Superiore and the Rosso IGT Umbria” in a famous wine farmhouse near Orvieto. Forward to Rome and accommodation at hotel.
Free time for discovering the centre of Rome . Don’t miss a Great Caffè Espresso at St. Eustachio bar
Close to Pantheon. Overnight at hotel.
7th day - Rome/Frascati/Genzano/Ariccia/Rome
Breakfast and full day visit of the roman countryside called Castelli Romani.
Wine tasting at Frascati’s wine cellar : “Racemo Bianco Frascati Superiore, Racemo Rosso igt Lazio”. Time for a walk along Castelgandolfo Lake. Then Genzano, famous for the bread used for the “bruschetta” (bread slices with oil and garlic or tomato). Continuation to Ariccia, and lunch in a typical Fraschetta in the centre of Ariccia where you will taste the “ Porchetta di Ariccia “ (a whole roasted pig). Lunch at a famous Fraschetta in the centre of Ariccia. In the afternoon visit of palazzo Chigi and the Garden. Back to Rome for free dinner in a typical trattoria close to Piazza Navona. Overnight.
8th day - Rome/Terracina/Fondi/Sermoneta/Rome
Breakfast and full day with touring guide for the visit of the southern Latium.
Wine tasting in a famous farmhouse awarded for its wines as the “Circeo d.o.c Rosso and Bianco, the Circeo d.o.c.Trebbiano, the Moscato di Terracina and the Moscato di Terracina Passito”. Short visit of Fondi for tasting the “Mozzarella di Bufala” buffalo’s milk mozzarella. Forward to Sermoneta for lunch close to the castle. The “Gnocchetti allo Speck di Bufala“ home made dumplings with buffalo’s bacon, the “Pollo alla Lucrezia Borgia” chicken with a secret pine nuts sauce, and the “Torta di ricotta” ricotta cheese-cake and the almond biscuits. Free time and back to hotel in Rome .
Farewell dinner in Trastevere area in a famous restaurant famous for the roman Coda alla Vaccinara.

1st day - Milan/Franciacorta
Arrival at Malpensa airport and transfer to Franciacorta Region, located close to Iseo Lake and
Brescia. Accommodation at hotel and welcome dinner.
Franciacorta is the first and the only Italian brut product exclusively with bottled re-fermentation to have obtained since 1995, the Denomination of Origin Controlled and Guaranteed, Docg highest recognition of quality and typicality of the wine Franciacorta. 2nd day - Franciacorta/Parma
After breakfast visit of a well known winery located in Borgonato di Cortefranca, in the heart of the Franciacorta region, in the centre of its hills; the seventy hectares of vineyards with Controlled Origin Certification give excellent grapes. The Franciacorta Champagne produced by this Farmhouse is
appreciated all over Italy. Wine tasting. In the afternoon for the visit of the centre of Parma. Local guide for the visit of Teatro Farnese, Teatro Regio, the Duomo. Visit of Roncole where you can visit Giuseppe Verdi’s Natal home and then Busseto with the Theatre dedicated to Giuseppe Verdi.
Accommodation at hotel and dinner at a typical restaurant. You will taste tortelli di zucca, and parmesan tripe.

3rd day - Parma
After breakfast, day departure for Collecchio for the visit of a cheese factory, where you can see the parmesan Cheese production. Cheese tasting. In the afternoon visit of a Parma Ham factory and tasting. This Parma Ham or Prosciutto di Parma, has been prized for its enticing aroma and incomparable flavour.
Dinner in a restaurant in Parma and overnight.
4th day - Parma/Lake Garda
After breakfast departure for lake Garda and visit of Salò, the small city in the southwest part of the lake Garda. The historic old part of town, which originates from Middle age, is ideal for strolling around . The local cuisine is also well well-known, particularly the fish specialities . Lunch at a restaurant overlooking the lake. After lunch visit of Sirmione, one of the best known resorts on the lake, located at the far end of a long, narrow peninsula. The entrance to the historic centre is controlled by the castle Rocca Scaligera. The ruins of one of the largest Roman mansions named "Grotte di Catullo" ,at the end of the peninsula, are visited from many tourists. Visit with local guide and private boat. Accommodation at hotel dinner and overnight.
5th day - Garda Lake/Valpolicella/Verona/Garda Lake
After breakfast departure for the Valpolicella area, located north of Verona .Visit of a farmhouse
in Marano di Valpolicella and wine taste of the wines: Valpolicella" , "Recioto della Valpolicella" e "Amarone della Valpolicella". Lunch in a local trattoria and continue on to Verona.
Visit of Verona with local guide. Start in Piazza Bra, where the Arena is and then continue to Piazza delle Erbe, the Market Square, Piazza dei Signori and Juliet’s house.
Back to hotel for dinner and overnight.
6th day - Garda Lake/Vicenza
After breakfast departure for Vicenza and visit of the golden city with local guide :
Teatro Olimpico, one of the best Palladio’s masterpieces, the Basilica Palladiana , Piazza dei
Signori and Corso Andrea Palladio, the main street. Accommodation at hotel.
Visit of Villa Valmarana ai Nani where you can admire frescos from Giovanbattista and Giandomenico Tirpolo. Dinner at the villa and back to hotel for overnight.
7th day - Vicenza
After breakfast departure for the visit of a famous wine Factory , located on the way
to Bassano del Grappa .Wine tasting of Cabernet, Marzemino, Vespaiolo and Torcolato.
Continue for the visit of Marostica with the Square famous for the Human Chess Game
represent the most spectacular moment inside this historical/traditional performance.
Continue of the tour for Bassano del Grappa. Visit of the Bassano’s Bridge , considered
one of the most famous bridges of Italy; build of wood and projected by Palladio, has been
rebuilt several times and the last one after the second world war. Dinner at a local restaurant:
you will taste the rice with red chicory and Asiago cheese’s fondue. Grappa tasting at the end. Back to Vicenza and overnight.
8th day - Venice
After breakfast departure for Venice airport.

1st day - Palermo
Arrival in Palermo and accommodation in the selected hotel.
Half day visit with local guide of Palermo including: the Cathedral and the tombs of the Norman Kings; the Fontana Pretoria, the completely restored fountain famous for the mythological naked statues; La Martorana, church built in 1143 with a mixture of Baroque and Greek styles;
The Palazzo dei Normanni, and the Cappella Palatina, built in 1132 with golden mosaics
representing the history of the Bible. Light lunch and in the afternoon visit of the Monreale Cathedral masterpiece of the Arab Norman Art with mosaics of the Old Testament and the Chiostro, a cloister which represents a mixture of The Islamic, Byzantine and Roman style.
Dinner at a typical restaurant of the centre . The Anellini with Sicilian sauce and eggs-plants, the swordfish rolls and Sicilian patisserie like Cassata and Cannoli with cottage cheese

2nd day - Segesta/Erice/Marsala
After breakfast departure for the fascinating Erice, built on the hill of Monte San Giuliano, a medieval village with stones houses from where you can enjoy the view of the Egadi Islands.
Forward to Marsala where you can visit the famous “Pellegrino wine cellars”
Lunch will be served on the top of two silos, once used for the production of the wine and now restored with a beautiful sea view. The Cus Cus with fish chowder is an Arabic tradition which is rooted in the Trapani region.
Visit of the wine cellar with the production of red and white wines, Marsala, Zibibbo,Malvasia, Passito and grapes.

3rd day - Marsala/Agrigento/Licata/Agrigento
After breakfast departure for Agrigento for the visit of the famous Valle dei Templi, founded in 581 B.C. which represents the most beautiful example of the Greek Civilization in Sicily. The Ercules Temple, the Concordia Temple, The Giunone Temple, The Castore and Polluce Temple and the Archaeological Museum.
Accommodation in hotel. Forward to Licata where you can visit ” the Tenuta del Barone La Lumia” in proximity to the sea, famous for the grapes that came from wines brought over from the ancient Greece. The Nero d’Avola and the Inzolia grapes are famous all over the world: Don Totò, Delizia del Conte, Gloria, Signorio Rosso . Home-made typical dishes are served. The panelle, are a typical element, as well as the potatoes croquettes, called cazzilli. Overnight in Agrigento.
4th day - Butera/Ragusa/Siracusa
After breakfast departure for Butera for the visit of “ The Feudo Principi di Butera” an historical estate where the grapes grow in a setting of great natural beauty. The vineyards are situated on the slopes of hills at an altitudes ranging 300/400 meters above sea level. The Nero d’Avola, Insolia, Cabernet, Merlot and Chardonnay grapes have received many awards. After the visit forward to Ragusa, where you can taste “the scacce” with vegetables and sausages in an ancient mill.
In the afternoon forward to Siracusa for the visit of the ancient centre of the Isle of Ortigia, the Archaeological Park with the Latomie like the Orecchio di Dionisio (cave) and the Greek Theatre built in the V century B.C. where the Greek tragedies took place. Important is the Archaeological Museum too where you can see many statues and from the prehistory to the V century B.C.
In the evening you can taste in a famous restaurant on the cliff, a Risotto with seafood or the ” pasta ca muddica” , pasta with the soft part of bread, anchovies, pepper and a not to lose a special ice-cream or a granite.

5th day - Etna/Taormina
After breakfast departure for visiting the Europe’s highest active volcano up to the
Rifugio Sapienza and by jeep and alpine guide up to the 3.000 meters to see the new Crater. Visit of the San Michele Estate –“ Tenuta Barone Scammacca” and wine tasting of the Etna wines: Etna Rosso, Bianco, Murgo brut, Arbiato and Tenuta San Michele, with typical products like dried tomatoes, caponata, cheeses, olive of the Etna region.
Accommodation in hotel in the area of Taormina dinner. Pasta with sardines is a dish usually prepared in Palermo for the feast of St. Joseph, but is very popular throughout the island. Overnight .
6th day - Taormina
After breakfast visit of Taormina, the small Medieval village famous for its narrow streets and the Greek Theatre. Visit of the Palazzo Corvaja, a Norman structure where the first Sicilian parliament took place in 1411. The centre with the cathedral famous for the Piazzetta where the Baroque fountain takes place. Light lunch . Tasting of the arancini, ice creams, water- ice and cassata.
Farewell dinner with folk music in a Castle with seafood menù and wine tasting.

7th day - Taormina/Catania
After breakfast departure for the visit of the Cathedral of Catania and the square where you can admire the Baroque Style in Sicily. Catania is famous for the pastries and ice-cream shops. Free lunch and transfer to Catania airport for departure.
